Jesus’ Mother and Brothers
Then his mother and brothers arrived. While they stood outside, they sent someone to call him.32
The crowd sitting around Jesus told him:
“Your mother and your brothers are outside asking for you.”

He asked:
“Who are my mother and my brothers?”
34
And looking around at everyone seated there, he said:
“Here are my mother and my brothers.
35
Whoever does the will of God is my brother, sister, and mother.”
