1 Timothy 6:2

Those who have believing masters should not show less respect, claiming they are church members. On the contrary, they should provide better service because they are doing good works on behalf of believers and are beloved. Teach and stress these things.

1 Timothy 6:1

On Slaves Let all who are under the yoke of slavery show respect to their masters, so that no one may speak ill of God and his teachings.

1 Timothy 5:25

Likewise, good deeds are hard to overlook, and even those that are not cannot remain hidden.

Some people’s sins are public even before they are examined; others’ sins are only known later on.

Do not accept accusations against an elder unless two or three witnesses support them.

Scripture says: Do not muzzle the ox while it threshes grain, and: The worker deserves to be paid.
